The Greater Richmond Convention Center Has Received GBAC STAR™ Facility Reaccreditation

Richmond, VA – January 12, 2024 - OVG360 is delighted to announce that the Greater Richmond Convention Center (GRCC) has received the prestigious Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ reaccreditation, establishing it as the gold standard for prepared facilities. Guided by GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the global cleaning industry association, OVG360, providing Venue Management, Food Service & Hospitality, and Partnerships to the facility, has rigorously implemented and upheld the highest protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and disease prevention.
As the exclusive outbreak prevention, response, and recovery accreditation in the cleaning industry, GBAC STAR™ aids organizations in developing protocols and procedures, offering expert-led training, and evaluating a facility’s readiness for biorisk situations. The program has affirmed that Spectra, under the management of OVG360, adheres to best practices in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from outbreaks and pandemics at GRCC.
