The Upsilon Omega Chapter and Zenobia’s Promise Foundation have collaborated to jointly host the 71st year of the Debutante Ball.  The Debutante Project serves to equip, encourage and stimulate young ladies who are juniors and seniors in high school to pursue higher education, academic excellence, personal development and civic involvement. The program focuses on enhancing personal, civic and leadership development; provide structured educational workshops; and promote camaraderie and positive relationships with other young women.  Please join us as we celebrate our Debutantes for “An Elegant Evening in Paris”.
