Presented by the Virginia Chamber Foundation, Virginia Department of Veterans Services, and Virginia Veterans Services Foundation, this forum convenes leaders from industry, government, and the military community to examine how service members and veteran talent fuel Virginia’s economic competitiveness and innovation.

Virginia is a national leader in defense, home to multiple major installations and a robust defense ecosystem. This year’s program will spotlight advanced technologies, workforce pipelines, and policy priorities shaping the Commonwealth’s future, aligned with Blueprint Virginia 2035 recommendations to strengthen Virginia’s standing as a premier state for service members, military families, and veterans.
